Transactions equal to or exceeding the equivalent of 15 000 EUR require scanning your identity card. When the same person buys or sells cryptocurrency in more than one transaction on the same day for a total amount equal to or higher than 15 000 EUR, we treat these transactions as interrelated. In this case we also require a scan of the identity document. In special cases, such as attempts to cover your face during transaction, we reserve the right to require you to scan your identity card even for smaller amounts. In exceptional cases, when we have doubts as to the legality of the source of funds for which the customer acquires BTC, we reserve the right to request the document of the source of funds prior proceeding with the transaction.
